Ticket/Late Seating Policy

WHERE DO I GET TICKETS?
You can lick on GET TICKETS in the menu bar across the top of the page to purchase online, call Toll Free (866) 250-4832 x1, purchase tickets the night of the performance at the door, or purchase from any cast or crew member in the production.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We do not offer refunds.  Should you be un-able to attend the performance for which you have purchased tickets, we will move your reservation to another night.  If it is the last performance, or you cannot make any remaining performances, we will move your tickets to another show in the season of your choice.  If your tickets are not claimed by five minutes before showtime, your tickets will be resold and forfeit to other guests.  Please make prior arrangements by calling (866) 250-4832 x1 if you cannot attend or will be late.

WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?
All proceeds go directly back to Center Stage Players for future productions.

ARE YOU A NON-PROFIT WITH TAX DEDUCTIBLE STATUS?
We are not a non-profit corporation.  We pay sales tax and do not receive any grants or proceeds for charitable causes.   Our mission is supported solely through ticket sales.

 

LATE SEATING POLICY

We understand the parking issues in the Short North.  It's hard to get to the theatre on nights when a festival or Gallery Hop is going on.

In those cases, we will seat late-comers as long there is an acceptable moment in the show to interrupt the nearby audience members.  Typically we can get you seated before the performers take to the stage.

Please be aware that if you arrive extrememly late we won't be able to issue you a refund.  We can however move your tickets to another night if you are just unable to arrive in time.
