AXIS NIGHTCLUB & THEATRE (775 N High Street Columbus OH 43215)

is located in the heart of the Short North and only steps away from dining, live music venues and shopping.  AXIS is an intimate cabaret-style stage over looking 20 tables.  Tables vary in height from bar-level to normal chairs.  We have a small mezzanine where one of (3) three well-stocked bars is located.  All seats provide an excellent view of our stage.  We feature a well-stocked liquor/beer menu as well as Pepsi products.  No food is served at AXIS.

Separate men and women restrooms are available on the ground floor near the entrance.

AXIS is completely handicap accessible for our performances.  When purchasing tickets online or by phone please let our staff know that a wheelchair will be arriving so that we can prepare your table.

AXIS is a non-smoking facility but we provide a patio for you to smoke during intermission and before or after the show.

On Friday and Saturday nights after the shows, AXIS transforms into a hi-energy dance club and hosts a well-mixed crowd of gay men, college women, young professionals and empty nesters from OSU, Short North and Downtown.  In between CSP productions AXIS presents full-length drag shows on the mainstage and male dancers upstairs in Pumps Lounge.  Because of the nature of our venue, if you stick around after the show you can watch our well-coordinated strike team convert the venue from theater to nightclub in about 20 minutes.

All people purchasing tickets to a CSP production are admitted into the dance club FREE after our performance.  Stop by the front counter to receive a hand stamp and be sure to let them know you were watching the show.

WHERE DO I PARK?
We have a parking lot behind our building where you can park for up to 4 hours for a small fee, and we also use the UNION lot located on the corner of Hubbard and High behind the IBIZA Condo Project.  The Union lot is free to AXIS guests as well as Union guests.  Come down early, park in the Union lot, have dinner at Union and then cross the street to AXIS for the show.  You can also park at any of the city meters on Hubbard, High or along Park Street.  Once IBIZA is complete, the Union lot will become a public parking garage where you may also park for our shows.

WHO ATTENDS A CSP SHOW?
All types of people attend our production and we welcome everyone.  It is not uncommon to see a gay couple at table 3, a group of suburban baby-boomers at table 9, two retired hipsters at 24 and a family of four down front.  If you are looking to spend a fun-filled evening in the Nationally Acclaimed Short North Arts District- then come see an edgy, light-hearted and fun Center Stage Players performance.  No Dress Code.  All ages welcome to the performance.  ID required at the bar.
